All orders are delivered completely free of charge to the building’s front door. (To the closest point where you can drive to with a transport). We deliver furniture with our specialized transport - we store and take responsibility for your furniture until it reaches your home safely. Please note that our transport has only 1 courier and if you need additional help by taking the sofa inside, that comes with an extra fee.
Of course. We always inform you in advance by phone to arrange delivery times.
Our courier will always call or text you on the phone number that you provided as soon as the order is ready to be shipped.
You will always receive an e-mail confirmation and tracking information for each steps taken towards your delivery.
Each furniture is custom made for you, accordingly to your selection of fabric & size.
The delivery time is approximately 5-7 weeks from the confirmation of your order. In some cases, the delivery can be faster.
When placing an order from our Outlet collection, the delivery time is approximately 4-6 days, because these products are ready-to-go from our warehouse.
Usually, the furniture is delivered in disassembled form. All the parts are in the original packaging that comes with assembly instructions and all the necessary accessories to assemble the furniture.
The assembly usually takes 5-10 minutes and is very simple.

We understand that customers may want to split their payments because of the manufacturing time.
Which is why, when placing an order from us, we ask to make a 50% advance payment.
The remaining 50% is paid afterward when the order is ready for delivery from the manufacturer.
To use the advance payment option, apply the discount code “50deposit” at checkout.
